I know it hasn't come out yet and I would definitely like to not say this, but the penalty to all resist to get a 3rd ring etc is WAY to low. -15% is effectively zero if you add a 3rd ring, especially with ingenuity and the 25% bonus to rings on the ascend. Knowing that ingenuity is being nerfed, at least -30% is needed. The negative resist is 100% chance the path everyone takes.

LOL just no, the whole class needs a rework and this isn't even close to being to being an issue compared to everything else. you just use reduction to mana and your whole "nerf" is useless
