Waypoint portals bugged??

I am opening a T16 with mods to get as high a level as possible in terms of monsters, the portals just go to the loading screen and don't actually load the levels.

This has happened about 6 times today and I have wasted quite a few T15s. This one is a particular pain in the arse as it is a T16 and then if I put a new T16 in it's place all the extra mods are gone.

What do I do to resolve this??

I have 3 portals left at this point.

If we are going to have a game where there is such a high risk/reward scenario, maybe it shouldn't be so easy to lose the high rewards.

Not sure what to do here, but I am not too happy losing mats.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
