loading bug

For about 5 days, when I try to go in a new zone of poe2 and also maps, my characters fail to load and I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. It seems to happen with every character I have and the only way I have found to sometimes get my character to work is to go on another character and go in a map or a new instance, but it sometimes doesn't work because that issue can happen while trying to fix another character. The only other way I know is to close the game and let it closed for about ten minutes, then my character works for a map. I wanted to know if I am the only one with this issue and if not, if someone would know an easier way to fix this.

POE 2 / PS5
The game seems working however it keeps freezing the system when loading screen pops. I keep turn the game on and off and gave up at the end.
It seems that not only me but also other PS5 users having the same issue.
