Anyone know how to get the NPC on the throne

While the map device is selected in edit mode use the scroll wheel to cycle through the options.
(Throne has 2 options, but some decorations have dozens.) Not sure what the buttons are if using controller "Beidat honored the pact, though Mancy wouldn't take off Doryani’s prototype."
