Frenzy of Onslaught

Hi,

TLDR - Please would you consider adding the following line to the Frenzy of Onslaught Gem.

"Counts as having maximum number of frenzy charges" (Ralakesh Boot line).

Currently Frenzy of Onslaught is not realistically usable without Ralakesh Boots, since the gem consumes any charges above 0. This prevents any Frenzy Charge stacking benefits applying to the character, i.e. "5% increased evasing rating per frenzy charge", since you are unable to stack up charges.

By applying this line to the gem, it would allow the skill to be used prior to obtaining Ralakesh and would create a decision point for late game builds: to equip Ralakesh still or not.

Power charge stacking builds would be unaffected by this line, since the Malachai's Loop Shield still requires Ralakesh to function effectively. Frenzy charge stackers utilising Replica Badge of the Brotherhood would have a difficult decision to make to over choosing the Ralakesh or to take something like Darkrays.

In summary, it would allow for the skill to be used early game and not just once a player obtains Ralakesh Boots. It would not affect power charge stackers and it would create a new decision point for Frenzy Charge stackers.
