unable to upgrade support pack for poe 2

so i tried to upgrade the support pack i got atm to the one where i get a shirt and the order page askes me to fill out every area that is marked with (*) but even when i fill everything out it won't let me put in a order and i have been asking for help from the ggg team for about 2 month now and instead of answering they asked for basic info to confirme my account then left me on ignore any help to fix this i just want the bigger packs to support ggg :(

I’d assume either your web browser or an extension is preventing the site from detecting your input.
Which device and web browsers have you tried using for this? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
