Exiting to Character Screen Bug

Hello Support. Since the patch I have had 2 strange issues that my brother has experienced as well. So I figured I would report it. Many times yesterday and today I try to log out to character select, and the game just sits with a message saying it was going to character select. But nothing happens. I hit escape and have to kill the game and relog back in to access characters. This morning a new event occurred. After leaving the game (exiting completely) to select a new character I got an error saying that the server was down for maintenance even though I was just in it 30 seconds earlier. I switched log in servers from Washington to Canada and I was back in the game again. So nothing major, but figured I would make you aware of it.
