Evertree Map device bought from in IN GAME SHOP doesnt appear in cosmetics

I bought the EVERTREE MAP DEVICE ( the purple variation ) from the actual in game shop and it doesn't appear in my cosmetics tab. I think it is actualy classified as a consumable which is the setllers mystery box. The text says " This microtransaction is not supported in this game version". I get that some items listed on the site might take time to migrate from Poe1 to Poe2 but even the in game shop has bugs like this? Please fix this... We pay real money for these in-game items and not even the in-game shop works properly.
