Cant reach some maps on my end game

Hi guys, there is something wrong with my end game map. I can see a cathedral, i've cleared every map around it, 360 degrees, i cant get to it. No maps seem to connect to it its just a lump of land sitting there and i cant select any of the maps around the cathedral. Anyone got a fix for this?
