Atlas Nodes Completion bug

Hello folks. Newbie here.

Just started Atlas map and I am facing a weird bug that ruins my whole Atlas experience:

I have reached my 2nd Sinking Spire and completed it(got a message about completion, beam, etc)
When I exited back to Refuge and opened the atlas map - it showed as "In Progress" and does NOT let me input any tablets.
I have read some posts about similar issues online where people suggested to simply continue on a next node. Which I did. The next node is getting "broken" same way (the two next nodes were both hideouts which I can not access after completion) I have rebooted the game, and all these "broken" nodes are marked as complete, BUT I still can not access them or interact (e.g. insert the tablet). My very first Spire tower is still accessible. Any way to fix this?
