Can Recombs can result in 4 prefix mods?

Hi everybody,

if recombing 4 prefix rings can the recomb acctually hit 4 prefixes or are they locked to 3?
Looking forward on your reports about this.

Fairly certain only 3 and 3. Its pretty constant throughout the game. I can't recall encountering it being different at all really, with the exception of the heist jewelry that allows you to have extra. Unsure how those work with the combinator, its possible that they allow 4 to roll. I haven't tried it myself but I think i've seen people combinating on those bases, so you should be able to get an answer.
