A screenshot could help a lot.
Which MTX are you looking at? How many points are showing in the top-left corner of the website? If you log in and try to purchase MTX in-game, do you have the same problem there? Imagine the lack of introspection that would be required to spend your spare time telling people they’ve posted in the wrong section of some company's forum, only to then try accusing someone else of brown-nosing.
