dont work in staff 48% increase to spirit...

Good day. My character has 112 spirit, I equip a staff with 148 spirit and an additional attribute that gives a 48% increase to spirit. I only have a total of 260 spirit. The 48% spirit increase attribute does not seem to work. Please fix this issue.

The 48% increased Spirit is local and modifies the Spirit the sceptre normally gives (which would be 100) which is why it gives 148 Spirit.
