BUG - Killing certain bosses in atlas maps doesn't seem to upgrade related pantheon powers properly

So far this has happened with both the siege map (Tashin, warmaker) and cemetery map (Erebix, light's bane). EDIT: It turns out I was lacking the divine vessel, Sorry about that. Feel free to close or delete this thread. Also according to the wiki page at: https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Pantheon pantheon powers can be downgraded.
