Finally got my hoodie but it's the wrong size (timeline incl. as info for others)

Hi,

I finally got the hoodie I ordered on Dec 14 yesterday; but it's the wrong size.

I have already emailed support with pictures so hopefully they actually receive it with the attachments won't be another 3 months before I can exchange it for what I actually ordered.

GGG - do not post a canned reply to this. It's too annoying.

For others who are still waiting, this is the timeline and the explanation I received.

12/7 - Bought early access on 12/7
12/14 - Had fun so decided to upgrade it to a supporter pack to get the hoodie (getting the hoodie is the only reason I upgraded and paid so much for that upgrade). Purchased the supporter pack upgrade on 12/14
Upgraded and paid for it using Steam

A few weeks later started reaching out via email and forums to find out status

3/17 - after 3 months of no info/contact, got a message indicating that due to an issue on their end, my order went thru as opting for digital goods so i got points instead but they were sending my order info over to the provider and I should get the hoodie and tshirt 'soon'.

3/24 or 3/25 - got the hoodie and tshirt. I ordered XXL. Got a XXL thsirt but a L hoodie. Dang it. Really?!? I emailed support the mistake and hopefully won't take another 3 months to actually get the XXL hoodie. If not, I may offer the large for sale for US$270. LOL. Just kidding (or not).

Hope this helps anyone else out there know what they might expect. I did see someone else posting they received a message from support who ordered around the same time; but hasn't actually received their merch yet. Hopefully they get the right sizes.

For that delay they should be punished with handcrafting job and knit a sweater with your name on it, for real.
