Can''t update poe2 client

I keep getting this error when i open poe2, the launcher seems failed to write certain file

What kind of device is this?

How much spare capacity does your SSD have?

Im on PC, still have 580 GB free space on my drive where i installed poe2

I've tried packcheck and allowed poe2 on firewall, none of it solve the problem

same stuff here:

It working now, didnt do anything, probably not the about your computer, either network or server issue.

For ppl that still have this problem, the things that you can do at your end

- Run the launcher as administrator
- make sure your disk have enough space
- Add poe2 to your firewall exception
- add poe2 to your anti virus exception
- use packcheck to repair the client and run the launcher again

If you do all of this then try again at different time, you did what you can at your end

A firewall-related issue cannot possibly cause a write-related error.

Checking the SSD to ensure it has enough space, running the launcher with elevated privileges, and repairing your game client are all potentially capable of helping. It might technically be possible for an anti-virus client to cause this - but it would be pretty bizarre behaviour if so.
