Lost a stash tab after buying one

I've already posted about this and an admin responded here and told me the help center is busy and to be patient. Well, it's been over a month now and I've had only 1 response. Even made a new ticket and still nothing. Posting this here so maybe Ill get a response. You should not move this post because it is specifically THIS game that this happens to, not POE1, so it is a bug with the game.

Not sure if thats it, although did you check your transaction history? Is there a chance that you bought an "Upgrade to premium stash tab" instead of new tab?

It's not. All of my tabs are premium and were prior to paying as well. Had I thought that would happen, I would have been recording. I had a full stash of corrupted T14 maps. I was changing what my stash tabs did for ease to sell things. I changed colors and names of tabs. I realized I needed another tab. As soon as I bought a new tab, a few of the tabs I was editing changed back to the color and name that they were prior. I fixed it all then realized the tab with the maps had disappeared. My only conclusion is it refreshed that stash tab. I got fortunate it only deleted the maps I didnt really care about. Also my stash was open when I went to the store.

One more thing, I am afraid to use anymore currency because of this. I might do it now because of the fact that I havent been playing, since what I have doesnt mean much to me anymore, but I'd rather have it investigated. I would do the investigating myself but clearly I can't get a hold of them.

Probably a stupid suggestion i know but are you sure the tab didn't somehow go inside a subfolder somewhere and is hiding in plain sight?

It really wasn't moved or subfoldered or anything like that. I can check to be sure, but I didn't do anything besides buy a new tab.

Im quite literally afraid to use my coins for stash space anymore. It would be REALLLLLLLLLLY nice to get a response................ I've sent multiple messages with new threads, old threads and unrelated threads. Why am I being ignored for almost 2 months now? 46 days guys.
