crashes

I'm having a terrible time trying to even get to kauri shores when i log in. the cog wheels would spin and a couple seconds later, it crashes. I dont understand why.

processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 155H 3.80 GHz

graphics: rtx 4050

(this is on a laptop)

I dont think i would have problems with these specs either way. nothing else is running according to the task manager.

please help
