Scourge Arrow of Menace

So i've been experimenting with Scourge Arrow of Menace(SAoM). And found an interaction which I don't know should exist or no, because i tested another arrow skill and it seems like they work fine. The interaction is between SAoM and Arrow nova support + Barrage support.
