Nameless seer

Hey

Is there anyone else that still have not found The
Nameless seer during the Phrecia event?

I have done over 2k tier 16 maps this event and still i have not spawned him.
I have spawned close to 50 Reflecting mist's

Is there any scarab combination that makes him spawn easier?
Or is my luck so bad that i can't just find him?

There was some reddit post/s about maximizing Nameless Seer spawn. It involved Shrines. Unfortunately I dont have a link nor remember details.

Anecdotal experience: Nameless Seer spaws occasionally despite me not doing many maps nor using specific strategy.

I see him from time to time, but never in maps with exceptional div cards. lol
