Suddely die for no reasons in POE 2

why are the popp up explosion from no way an kill me instant??
have die severel time and whit no exlanasion so ever.
this happen severel time and only after 50% experiense!!
trying in 2 mounth to level up to lvl 97 .
Are this a bug??
Or are the game designed to make it almost not possible to level to 97-100??
I want to play and bee happy! but now i am angry and pissed off.
