Kirac Atlas Mission not working

Last week I had tried to do a mission from Kirac, but when I clicked on the map portal, it kept logging me out. I ended up putting another map in there and was able to do that map. Now I can't get the Atlas Mission dialogue to appear.

After I talk to Kirac, I click on Atlas Mission and nothing happens.
