Does "Recover 3% of Life when you use a flask" stack?

If I have 2 flasks that have this mod, does it stack?

Pretty sure no. Generally flask mods of the same type queue but do not stack.

This....would not be a flask mod. The mod of this type I can think of is from a Mastery Passive on a Flask wheel.

Ah I see. If it is a mastery it should be procing every time you use a flask. The flask mastery is 4% though.

"Regenerate 3% of Life per second during Effect" is a flask mod. If it is that mod on multiple flasks then I do not think it will stack, based on how flasks work.
