Trial of Chaos bug, maybe

My build is StormWeaver with Mind over Matter + Eldritch Battery + Chaos Inoculation. My Mana is 5k and my current lv is 90.

I die 4 times today when doing Trial of Chaos (lv80) just by a single hit of normal mob or some what i dont really sure, it just shows that my char committed suicide.

At first I thought my build was suck, but no, the last time i intentionally let a mob hit me and it just scratched my mana insinificantly but then my char stil died. It felt like the blow directly destroyed my only 1 single life point.
