Hello Exiles!
Is there any way to transfer the whole supporter pack from one account to another? After my purchase back in december, Lord of Ogham supporter pack was added to the account which I'm not using at all. I've sent a question regarding this matter on 7th december last year bo so far there is no answer. Has anyone of you had a similar experience and managed to resolve it somehow with support? I'm sorry GGG but is this the future for everyone suffering from this exact same problem (including myself). Do we have to wait 9 months for literally no help even though we paid for something?
I love the game, I love what you are doing with it. But the amount of posts with literally this same problem that either get no, or a generic response, while people wait for something they literally paid for is quite frankly appalling.... I'm very curious what your customer support intends to do about this. I've been waiting for 'only' 3 days, this guy has been waiting for 9 MONTHS. How many other people are suffering from this exact same, frankly almost illegal, customer service? |
