Cartography Strongbox spawn chance Idols are a scam

They barely spawn a single Cartography strongbox with hundreds of chance to spawn.
Either fix that or remove that mod cuz it feels like a scam to even exist.

It felt like it made armourer and blacksmith boxes spawn more rather than the cartography boxes.
