Have any of you not yet received a shipment of physical items from the supporter pack? I bought the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack even before the EA release and I still haven't received the physical items. Support hasn't written me back for several months and I'm totally disappointed because I paid $70 for the shipping alone. This is a joke.
