Cannot rescue Atlas runners!

My Atlas runners were kidnaped, I pressed "Rescue", portal appeared near Isla, but dissapeared after 5 seconds before I could enter it.
How can I Rescue them now, button is greyed out. I just do not want to loose X runners because of some bug...
