Live Stream days choices
What is the logic behind making live streams on a weekday and at a time where half the world's population is at work?

It exists as a VoD and gets uploaded to youtube. You can watch it whenever you like.
They likely choose the timeframe that works best for them as no matter when it would be live it's just a different half of the world's population that can't watch it. |

Incredibly selfish that the people involved aren't doing it at 2AM on a Saturday just to appease people who think the world revolves around them.

live stream mneans its to be watched "LIVE" by the majority of the people. otherwise it would just be pre-recorded and put on X or youtube normally without a big "live announcement"
now if its released on a weekend, then me and YOU and the majority of the people "selfish or not" would all tune in to watch it together. ever seen movies released on a wednesday? no... release friday when everyone finished work and start enjoying a movie weekend all at once so your comment should of been "...world revolves around most people available to watch the live stream" |

" Except it does not. Live streams resolve around the work time of people giving you live content, and not around your or anyone else time. Even the folks at GGG wants to work at reasonable times and not get up at the weekend past midnight just to deliver you content at your convenience. Flames and madness. I'm so glad I didn't miss the fun.

" U realize they are showing a pre recorded video on that stream? The only "live" part during the stream will be the Q&A, if there even is one this time around. In essence, it's just marketing language. Just see it as an YT premiere video. Also as Pashid said, it revolves around their business hours and they did thursday streams for years now. |
