Blue floating character

The past several days my character is a blue floating ghost form anywhere I go expect for town. In town I'm normal and can run as should. I have tried changing gems, skins, and armor/weapon pieces out and nothing changes it. I do not like this ghost form and would love to know how to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
