There has been a patch error

Hello all, I've been playing phrecia event and GGG restarted the realm just now and for some reason even though I did the update for the game it keeps saying "There has been a patch that you need to update to. Please restart he Path of Exile"
I did all the updates, I verified all the files 3 times, I restarted the steam, I restarted the computer but nothing seems to work, is anyone having the same issue so far can someone help me?

Steam actually downloaded and I was able to log in to PoE just now

I just spammed the log in button out of frustration and it started the game. Maybe it helps for you?
