patch must have broke arsonist.

there was a patch on march 19th and after that arsonist have been preforming horribly on certain large bosses and bosses that hover off the ground, to the point where they are just not hitting therefor doing next to no damage, thanks GGG, they are clearly throwing over the bosses hit box, I have had ZERO problems taking down bosses until this patch, i died on a t15 fortress boss ffs, it wasnt even a t16 juiced map/node
