Xsolla blocking payments

For 2 months now Ive waited on GGG support, and Xsolla support to get an answer, Xsolla has finally come back saying due to "Regional payment limitations" they wont take my money and give it to GGG for POE.

It seems odd that Xsolla gets to decide an entire nation (UK) cant buy from you unless they use yahoo or hotmail (this was their suggestion, to change my game email to an address that is associated these days with spamming) rather than my 29 year old UK domain name.

I dont know what to do, I dont want to create a crappy email just to buy stuff for your game, but it also makes no sense as i have 2 accounts with you, the other is actually a gmail account and that cant buy either.. oddly i could in december, but not this year.. I reported to Xolla once a week trying to buy a couple of stash tabs for my second account and they went "just wait 24 hours it will be fine" but as the weeks drew on, clearly it wasnt going to fix.

Im disappointed with the GGG support as the first time i mailed i got a response within the hour asking for confirmation of some account details, to which I responded.. Never heard a thing again

Apparently in part it is because you are charging prices in dollars despite selecting a UK flag.. (dont see why this is an issue, i regularly buy stuff in dollars.. sigh)
