Still unable to get coins from launch

I have put in a number of tickets, and even got a respond a month and a half ago, but my situation is still unresolved. i'm sure i will get a copy pasta and be told to wait for help, but from my perspective i've been stolen from. I have opened tickets since launch and still dont have my coins from my supporter pack. This is the worst customer service i've seen EVER, extremely unprofessional.
I tried to have faith in your team, but it has been broken. I hope you are happy with taking my money and not giving me what i paid for. Last bumped on Mar 19, 2025, 7:41:20 PM
