Remove / Change Xbox Connection in PoE2 Account ?

Yo hi; once a connection to an xbox account has been established; how do i remove it / change it to my other xbox account where my PoE2 is on ? Theres no option to change / remove the linking at all ?? I want my PC and Xbox acc where my PoE2 is on to be synced - Help plz.

Ty Ayelen but that emailadress is dead - i already emailed two issues to be resolved there the last 3 months and never got a reply nor a fix.
Can't you please forward my problem to the corresponding department so that they will have a look at it ? It would be enough already if they just reset my microsoft account connection so that iam able to key in my account data again. IGN: Phynomea
