PoE 2 Shirt Help???

Hi!

Over the course of the last three months, I have been trying to get information as to whether I will ever get shipping information (or any information at all really) about the shirt that I paid for in upgrading my version. I put in a support ticket back in January 9th to which I got a response back asking for some verification info, but has been silence since then. I have tried replying to that email, as well has eventually created a new one last month, but still have not received any communication at all.

I upgraded my supporter pack from the Lord of Ogham to the Thaumaturge of the Vaal upgrade through the game client connected via Steam and I never received any kind of confirmation regarding my shirt order. I have the Steam confirmation email of the purchase, and I recall filling out the form in-game regarding my info and shipping address including, paying for the shipping, but I have not received the shirt yet, nor any email confirmation or information of any kind regarding when or if at this point I will be receiving my shirt. Any information, or at least a confirmation would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully this avenue works as the support email seems to be a black hole.

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible
I work in support so I totally get it, but no response for nearly 70 days now is a bit more than "as soon as we can". It is more the lack of any communication at all that is making this entire thing really frustrating. Even if it was just a "we are still looking into it, apologies for the delay" is a lot better than just no response at all...
