Refund for microtransactions

Dear GGGsupport,

I have been emailing about an issue regarding stash tabs I have bought which are not showing on my in-game account. I have contacted support already in December last year and there is no further reply from your side. My premium tabs I bought are not appearing and I have not received any money back.
It's honestly shameful and sad that this service has impacted how I perceive your company and how I play the game. It would be nice if I at least get a reply and my money back.
