Account Locked

I had to make a new poe account just to post this. My steam account has been locked with no reason given. Have not heard any response from support. Locking someones account with no reason attached isn't the best way too retain players. Would love to have more insight on how to proceed with this situation.

I Hope this gets resolved soon, or else I would like to get refunded on the game purchase and all purchases i made in poe2 store. Love the game, but refuse to support it with all this security breach stuff.
