My Comment: Breaking It Down

I said, "Donald and Elon will save us." That’s it. There was no attack, no aggression, no incitement—nothing that should reasonably be considered inflammatory. The statement references two public figures, but it doesn't advocate for any ideology, call for action, or contain hostility. If anything, it’s vague and open to interpretation.

It’s Ambiguous – "Save us" could mean anything: technology, economics, space travel, social change—whatever someone wants to read into it. The meaning is subjective, not inherently controversial.

There’s No Provocation – The message didn't encourage conflict or push any political agenda. Unlike actual inflammatory remarks, it didn’t challenge or attack anyone.

What Does "Inflammatory" Even Mean?

Inflammatory statements provoke anger, hostility, or division. Here’s what actual inflammatory messages look like:

Example 1: "Anyone who supports [politician] is an idiot."

Example 2: "People who believe in [policy] should be banned."

Example 3: "[Group of people] are ruining everything."

My comment does none of these things. It’s absurd to categorize it as inflammatory while allowing much worse messages to go unchecked.

Inconsistent Moderation

I’ve seen much more controversial statements in chat—actual insults, direct political attacks, and outright inflammatory messages—go completely unpunished. Why was my message singled out?

Some real examples of tolerated but far more inflammatory comments:

"This game is dead because of liberals/conservatives."

"Anyone who disagrees is dumb."

"This community is full of idiots."

If moderation was fair, these would have also been flagged. Instead, my neutral statement was banned while actual toxic messages remain. That suggests either bias from the moderator or poor enforcement of your policies.

The Bigger Issue: Free Speech & Fairness

I understand this is a private platform, but any online space should uphold fairness. A game’s chat shouldn’t be an echo chamber where only certain views are allowed. If players feel they must self-censor to avoid arbitrary bans, your game loses its sense of open community and discussion.

What Needs to Happen

I demand the following actions:

Full Transparency – Provide details on exactly what rule I broke and how similar cases have been handled.

Moderator Accountability – The mod who issued this ban should justify their reasoning.

Ban Reversal – Reinstate my chat privileges immediately.
