Minion linked to Guardian's Blessing

I am following a build I found on POE Ninja, and the player has Raise Spectre linked with Meat Shield, Guardian's Blessing, and Malevolence, Guardian's Blessing causes the minions to take damage every second while I have an aura from a supported skill on me. So I obviously can't keep it alive. I don't see anything else on the build that allows the minion to regen to keep it alive. So I suspect perhaps there is a particular spectre that heals itself. I can't see the specific minion they are running. Can someone please provide some possible ideas as to what I am supposed to be running and the benefit of that particular minion?

(BTW, it is a just a Soulrend CoC build - nothing too special, if that helps determine what spectre would be best.)

Just thought of this - could it be a dark marionette? I never tried that before. Does that help significantly with clear?

It may be that they're using a certain minion type: Dark Marionettes available as corpse items from Rituals.

Thanks. That just occurred to me. I never ran it so not sure of the benefit, but I will try it out. Appreciate the input.
