fog of war / light / map progress resets after using portal

This happens every time I use a portal since the last patch:



The checkpoints are all still accessible but the fog of war has returned to the entire map. Pictured is Savannah after a full clear.

Can't return to hideout to trade an item or open a portal for a party member or the map progress is gone.

This appears to have been fixed since the patch yesterday.
