Script with mouse movement

From my understanding its okay to have scripts that do one Action. But that topic generally seems really unclear in the web so i wanted to ask support but theresnt any support for such issues(at least as far as i could find). Lets say my mouse is in the middle of the screen. Is it okay for a script to move my mouse to one position then click and then back to the middle? That is one action right? And would save my wrist to be honest.
