No support answer

Hello guys, today completes 2 weeks since i've sent an email askin for help with some credits paid via playstation app and no one from gg has even sent an automatic response like "we are working on it, you have to wait a litle more" nothing, i do understand that ggg is working on patches, but sony do nothing, ggg do not response and i think i've lost my money, i just wanted to get that off my chest, Cuz i was really enjoying the game but this thing make me feel the support do not want to solve payment issues
