Help Merging MTX from PoE 1 to PoE 2 Steam Account

Hi! I have a PoE 1 account (ChurroMcfill2#7815) with some MTX and a new PoE 2 account on Steam (ChurroMcfill33#9382). Both accounts are merged and linked to my current Steam account. Can I transfer the MTX from my PoE 1 account to my PoE 2 account? I’d love to keep using my purchased MTX. I thought merging would do this automatically, but it hasn’t. Can someone help? Let me know if it’s possible or if I need to do anything specific. Thanks—I’m excited to sort this out!

Hey Vash!
Thanks for your help with the account merging info! I got an email from GGG today confirming they unlinked my old Steam account from my POE1 account. This let me link my new Steam account to my POE1 account, with the goal of using my MTX. I replied to their email an hour ago, asking to transfer the MTX to my POE2 subaccount. Was replying to their email the right way to request the MTX transfer to my POE2 account? Or would a fresh email to GGG be better than sticking with that reply? Appreciate your advice! |
