PoE2 client detects ReShade as cheating software?

This has never been an issue with the PoE1 client, but it seems like PoE2 doesn't like it. Is this intentional or a false positive? For reference, I use the minimal addon version that is supposed to work with anti-cheat engines.

But Nvidia overlay filters are not considered as cheating software ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I Don't get it.

Happening to me too it seems.
Same here, didnt play for like 2 months, logged in today as always, got message that im using cheating software. Removed ReShade, message gone. Really sad. Im using ReShade for all my games to enhance the colors/contrast/sharpness. I know i can do it with Nvidia Freestyle, but never used it as all the nvidia app is so much bloat imo, so i dont install it with my drivers. Would be good to have some clear message from GGG if ReShade is alowed or not.
Yup, same here. Official stance on this would be nice indeed.
I use reshade and can not enter the game, without it to play is not pleasant. I wish the developers would remove reshade from the list of banned programs.
Just got the same message from using Reshade upon trying to login for the new patch. This is highly disappointing GGG. Detecting Reshade as "Cheating Software" is not cool, especially not in a game that is primarily played singleplayer.
