Bog Shaman and Spark skill effect duration

I noticed both my Spark and Spark of the Nova were at 4.29 second duration with the 45% inc skill effect duration nodes allocated as well as the 10% more skill effect duration mastery allocated, and no skill effect duration anywhere else.

I then ascended as a Bog Shaman and took the 50% increased proj speed / aoe / skill effect duration node.

But both Sparks stay at 4.29 seconds.

I unallocated the ascendancy node and it still said 4.29 seconds. Cast it once and counted, around 4 seconds. Reallocated the ascendancy node and cast again, same thing about 4 seconds.

Think it's bugged with Spark. Works with Blade Vortex, shrug
