So it’s been a week since my main account got locked for a reason I don’t even know. I’ve been waiting for support to respond the entire week, and there’s been nothing—no updates, not even a message saying, “We’re working on it” or “We can’t unlock your account.” I’m really upset that you can’t handle such an easy case; I’m sure it would take literally 30 seconds for someone from your support team to deal with it. And it’s not like I’ve never spent money on this game—I’ve probably spent over 1000 euros. So can you explain the point of supporting your game if, when I need you, you can’t even help me? I’m really disappointed and sad. You’ve made my Phrecia event experience one of the worst I’ve had with you,

So i know you can't help 'account issues' here but i would thanks you to make it escalated im sure you forum modo you can help in hope RiasuGr thanks.
