Chat Box position (PC)

The Chat box position is based on the bottom of the chat box, and resize brings the top of the window up or down, but the bottom remains in position.

However, the bottom of the box with the Whisper/command text is obscured by the Life/Shield/Reservation text. This makes it difficult to see if you have the correct player name when you are responding to multiple whispers from different players.

Please raise the bottom of the chat box up away from the Life/Shield/Reservation text so the Whisper/Command can be read.
