I submitted my support ticket on December 17, 2024. It's been 3 months with no response.

They said not to reply to support emails because it puts you at the back of the line again. I would love to play the game, but would like my account issue resolved before I invest any more time into it.
Is my only course of action to just keep waiting? Last bumped on Mar 18, 2025, 5:33:05 PM

Wow this is almost identical to my situation. I sent verification info in my initial email, they flat out ignored it all and asked for it, so I immediately replied and that was back in early January. I haven't heard anything since.
