Glitch w/ Earthbound Voltaic Staff

The unique staff lists Lightning bolt and Spark as socketed spell skills, but advanced info shows Spark with the Lightning bolt description, and it wont allow you to bind Spark to your hotkeys. I am on the xbox S series if that makes a difference.

I believe the reasoning is that the Spark skill is triggered by the staff, meaning that you cannot cast it directly and therefore cannot assign it to a manual skill slot.

The Dusk Vigil unique works in the same way (for the triggered Ember Fusillade).

Interesting. I wish it would explain that so i didnt sit here for 15 minutes wondering what I was doing wrong 🤣
